This site is published by Azir Capital. It exists to say who we are and which companies we have backed.

Nothing on it is a contract, and reading it does not create any relationship between us — in particular, it does not make you a client, an investor, or a party we owe any duty to.

You may use this site for your own information. Access is permitted on a temporary basis, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

We do not promise that the site will always be available, or that it will be free of errors. We are not liable if it is unavailable for any period.

Nothing here is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, fund interest or other financial instrument. Any such offer would be made only through formal documents, to eligible investors, and those documents would govern.

Nothing here is investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, and none of it is tailored to your circumstances. Do not rely on it when making a decision.

Companies mentioned on this site are illustrative. They are a selection, not a complete record, and they do not represent the performance of any fund we manage. A fund holds investments that are not shown here, including ones that did not work out.

Past results do not predict future ones. Nothing here should be read as an assurance that any future investment will perform comparably.

We have confidentiality obligations to the companies we back and to our investors. Because of them, what we can say publicly is incomplete by design.

Company names, logos and trademarks shown here belong to their respective owners. Nothing on this site grants you any right to use them.

We show them to indicate that we have invested. That is all it means — it is not an endorsement of us by them, and it does not imply that they have reviewed or approved anything on this site.

The list may be incomplete or out of date. Companies get acquired, wind down, or ask to be taken off. If you own one of these marks and would like it removed, write to us and we will do it.

The text, layout and code of this site belong to Azir Capital. Company logos are the exception — they belong to their owners.

You are welcome to read, quote from, and link to this site, with attribution. You may print or save pages for your own reference.

You may not republish this site or substantial parts of it, scrape it automatically, present it inside a frame as if it were your own, or use it for commercial purposes, without our written permission.

We are glad to hear from founders. But please read this before you send anything.

Material you send us without a signed agreement in place is not treated as confidential. We cannot promise to keep it secret, return it, or destroy it, and sending it creates no obligation on our part.

We look at many companies. Some of them will be working on the same problem as you, and we may already have invested in one. Receiving your material does not stop us from backing them, and does not entitle you to anything if we do.

If your idea depends on staying secret, do not send it here. Write to us first and say so, and we will tell you whether we can put something in place.

We link to sites we do not run — mainly the sites of companies we have backed. We are not responsible for what is on them, or for how they handle your data.

Once you follow a link, you are subject to that site’s terms, not ours. A link is not an endorsement.

This site has no forms, no accounts, no analytics and no advertising. We do not collect personal information through it.

Your browser keeps two preferences on your own device: whether you prefer the light or dark theme, and which language you are reading in. They stay in your browser, are never sent to us, and you can clear them at any time from your browser settings.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — the address that asked for a page, the time, and what was asked for — for security and reliability. We do not use them to identify anyone.

If you email us, we will of course have your address and whatever you chose to write. We keep it for as long as the conversation is useful. We do not sell it and we do not pass it on, except to people who work with us and need to see it.

We do not use cookies.

The two preferences above live in your browser’s local storage. That is not a cookie, and it is not sent to any server. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Because this site collects nothing, there is usually nothing for us to show you or delete.

If you have written to us, you can ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will respond.

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

This site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that anything on it is accurate, complete or current, and we may change it at any time.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site, or from your reliance on anything you read here.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

People impersonate venture firms. If someone claiming to be us asks you for a fee, a deposit, a payment to “release” an investment, your banking details, or a crypto transfer, it is not us.

We never ask founders to pay us anything in order to be considered, to receive an investment, or to be introduced to anyone.

Our only email domain is the one used by hello@azircap.com. If you are unsure whether a message is really from us, do not reply to it — write to that address and ask.

We may update this page. The date at the top says when it last changed.

Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the version then published.
